Consider two training programs:

Training program:

Bring the penis to 80-90% erection, lubricate with cream or liquid petroleum jelly, then insert it into the jar and press firmly against the pubis. The scheme is simple.

So, week after week, gradually increase the load. This will help you get the best results. After a few weeks, as you gain experience, increase the length of the sets to 15 minutes for the first set, 20 minutes for the second, and 25 minutes for the third.

With enough experience, you can update and change your training program, based on the examples I've given.

Continue the course of tunic stretching until you have increased the difference between BPFSL and BPEL to 2 cm or more, then continue with the vascular cycle. However, if you read all the previous articles and did it correctly, then you already know.

Vascular program using a pump

Exercise list:

To prevent a large amount of lymph, it will be allowed to pump a condom. Yes, don't be surprised. In a condom, the skin is squeezed tightly, which prevents lymph from pooling underneath. This does not affect the overall effectiveness of training.

Moment 3 - Healing creams

At the end of training, you should use a healing cream. This will help to quickly heal the red dots and prevent the penis from darkening.

Moment 4 - Blood during pumping

With classic pumping, it is advisable to take an aspirin before training (approx. editionCheck with your doctor first). It increases blood flow and prevents the formation of blood clots.

Moment 5 - Sex after training

I think that after a workout, having sex or masturbating is not worth it. Rest you and your member. Have sex next time.

Moment 6 - Darkening of the skin

With active classic pumping, the skin of the penis may darken a little.
